INTERNATIONAL INSTRUCTOR COURSE 

The S.D.S.-Concept is a complete self defense system based on everyday objects that can be used as weapons. The S.D.S. or Self Defense Stick can be used as a defensive weapon against armed and unarmed attackers or to support trapping-, transporting- and nerve point pressure techniques. S.D.S-Concept is a flexible and dynamic but simple system, and is therefore ideal for everyone. The techniques are relatively easy to learn and can already be used effectively in self defense after a short period of training.

These seminars are ideal for martial artists who want to bolster their tool-assisted self defense training (with a Kubotan, Dulo Dulo, Yawara or similar) or who want to get to know different aspects of self defense. More information
