S.D.S.-Concept

The S.D.S.-Concept is a complete self defense system based on everyday objects that can be used as weapons.

The S.D.S. or Self Defense Stick can be used as a defensive weapon against armed and unarmed attackers or to support trapping-, transporting- and nerve point pressure techniques.

S.D.S-Concept is a part of TCS (Tactical Combat Systems) and evolved from systems like Krav Maga, Kali, Eskrima, Hashita, Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Brazil Jiu Jitsu and western boxing. S.D.S-Concept however isn't just a random mix of different techniques, but follows strict rules and principles.

S.D.S-Concept is a flexible and dynamic but simple system, and is therefore ideal for everyone. The techniques are relatively easy to learn and can already be used effectively in self defense after a short period of training.
