The clips showing various techniques are supposed to give you a glimpse of
our training system (slide the cursor onto the picture and press play). We have
tried to make these videos easy to follow, but looking at the technique itself
can never be a substitute for real-life training with a qualified instructor.
The technical details that are explained and fine-tuned with a professional
instructor are the decisive factor in the success or failure of the self defense
system.
